• Construction Surveillance Technician
• Must possess active clearance and high school diploma or GED
• Must have minimum of 3 years (5 years preferred) direct ICD 705 compliant construction project build experience for CONUS locations
• Must have minimum of 1 year of direct experience working on ICD 705 compliant construction projects as a CST or assistant SSM
• Must have intimate knowledge of ICD 705 requirements to include associated Technical Specification
• Must have completed SSM or CST training/certification
• Must have demonstrated knowledge of SCIF accreditation process and requirements/documentation
• Must be able to sit/stand for long periods of time and move around frequently at secure construction site to include moving across uneven surfaces and climbing stairs and ladders.
• The contractor shall perform all construction surveillance technician functions per ICD705 and monitor all on site construction activities to ensure compliance with ICD705, and the CSP for the secure space facility construction project.
• The contractor shall work closely with the designated SSM and conduct continuous surveillance of construction workers, materials, and processes to identify any security risk and prevent unauthorized access or compromise of secure project site, materials, tools, and construction processes.
• The contractor shall document detailed records of all project site construction activities and incidents to support certification requirements. Report any security incidents promptly to the designated SSM.
• In accordance with the CSP and as directed by the SSM, the contractor shall work with access control/escort personnel to ensure secure project site controls and integrity to include site opening/closing and inspections/searches to prevent introduction of unauthorized persons, materials, and equipment.
