Description:

CAM Professional Staffing, INC. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join our growing team.

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement personalized behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans.

Your responsibilities will include providing 1-on-1 school/classroom-based ABA therapy. You will report to the students school for therapy sessions and ensure that they are in a safe and positive environment. It will be your responsibility to ensure client satisfaction by providing the highest quality of care and support possible.

Additionally, you will log daily observations of the student, collect and report critical data to monitor their progress.

Responsibilities:

• Follow the students treatment and behavior plan and implement ABA therapy programs and behavior management techniques as directed.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of basic ABA principles and guidelines.
• Collect data for each client as directed and report notable findings to the behavior analysis applications and forms.
• Work with a variety of administrators with different needs and abilities and be flexible in your approach.
• Communicate effectively with a range of staff members, including ABA therapists, B.C.B.A's, Clinic Director, and administrative staff.
• Collaborate with the student's team and seek clarification when needed.
• Adhere to strict parent/child confidentiality policies set by Children's Autism Center and understand H.I.P.A.A Regulations.
• Maintain a professional relationship with the students parents/caregivers.
• Be physically active in the job, including periodic lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Create a positive and safe learning environment for each client and encourage laughter, play, and smiles.
• Be available Monday to Friday

As a therapist, you will play a crucial role in the development of children with autism. You will work closely with clients, their families, and other staff members to provide quality care and support. It is essential that you are knowledgeable in ABA principles and guidelines, able to collect and report data, communicate effectively, and maintain confidentiality.
