As a growing, fast-paced firm, Diligence is seeking an experienced Administrative and Bookkeeping Assistant to help manage office duties. This position will be responsible for providing general administrative and bookkeeping functions in QuickBooks Online, accounts payable and receivable, and other general office duties.
The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multifaceted role.
Responsibilities
· Process Accounts Payable and Receivable entries in QuickBooks Online
· Prepare bills, invoices and financial statements
· Coordinate timely payment to vendors and subcontractors
· Effectively communicate all monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results to Management
· Manage the scheduling of license and insurance renewals
· Write and edit documents from letters to reports
· Manage filing systems, electronic and paper
· Coordinate office communications and schedules
· Manage multiple projects
