Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Brand Promoter to represent Messa Sync and our client brands with professionalism and energy. In this role, you will engage directly with target audiences, increase brand awareness, and help drive product demand through live events, promotional campaigns, and strategic marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the brand positively in a variety of settings, including live activations and community events

  • Create engaging experiences that educate and excite potential customers about the brand

  • Distribute promotional materials and product samples to target audiences

  • Track engagement and provide detailed feedback on consumer responses

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing events and campaigns

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align promotional activities with broader strategies

  • Maintain product knowledge to effectively answer questions and represent brand values

Qualifications



Qualifications

  • Previous experience in promotions, brand representation, or customer-facing roles preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable with public speaking and approaching new people

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in marketing or communications is a plus
