Onward Search iEducation s actively seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a dedicated team of professionals at a school in Kitsap County, WA . This full-time, in-person role provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on elementary students , helping them develop essential life and academic skills through occupational therapy interventions.

Details:

Location: In-person only (no hybrid/virtual options)
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Hours: 32.5 hours/week
Caseload: 3 buildings

the Occupational Therapist in planning and implementing individualized treatment programs for students.Work d
irectly with students to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and functional independence.Suppor
t classroom accommodations and modifications to promote student success.Monito
r and document student progress, reporting updates to the OT and school staff.Collab
orate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure therapy goals align with educational objectives.Adapt
therapy activities to meet the diverse needs of students across multiple school sites. Quali

ications:Certif

ied Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in Washington State (or eligibility to obtain).Prior
experience working with school-aged children, particularly in a school or pediatric setting, is preferred. What
