$90k-$110k plus bonus compensation
We are looking for a dynamic Chiropractor to join us full time in Fernley, NV. This is more than just an associate position. Ideally, we are seeking a motivated DC who is compassionate, caring, optimistic, self-motivated, gets excited about a challenge, and is comfortable with adjusting 150 people a week. You will be responsible for bringing about the retention of long-term quality patients for the clinic through the execution of service delivery systems, so the patient's needs, and expectations of care are met or exceeded. Your passion for helping others see their full potential and to motivate/assist them to reach their true goals will be rewarded! The Chiropractor is an essential member of our integrated team and will collaborate with the medical personnel resulting in the most effective treatment plans and clinical outcomes. The incoming DC needs to be knowledgeable regarding diseases, rehabilitation, and other medical conditions.

Duties:
-Perform initial exams/consultations and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
-Evaluate patients and collaborate with medical personnel and other team members to create the most effective treatment plans and clinical outcomes possible.
-Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays
-Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
-Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
-Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, and the benefits of continued chiropractic care
-Effectively and continuously educate pts about the need for and progress through their care plans
-Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments- (diversified, drop, Adjuster IQ, rapid release -open to others), rehab and various therapies and modalities
-Supervise and advise patients on patient care, exercises, and rehab
-Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
-Work cooperatively with the integrated team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care- Engage in effective communication with clinical and administrative staff to ensure a remarkable patient experience
-Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
-Participate in team meetings and trainings
Requirements:
-Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
-Active Chiropractic license in NV
-Ability to ask exploratory questions
-Demonstrate ability to overcome objections and create value
-Expertise in sales
-Exceptional interpersonal skills to quickly and effectively connect with patients
-Advocate for the patient and motivate them to reach their goals
-Understand, align, and communicate our mission, vision, and values
-Desire to define and take massive action to accomplish your own personal, professional and financial goals
Schedule:
-Full time
-Monday - Thursday
Salary (range):
-$90,000-$110,000 based on experience
-PLUS, Performance-based incentive plan
