Document Production Specialist

Boulder, CO (onsite)

5 month contract

Our client is seeking several people to assist with high-volume document and order processing. This role involves prepping, scanning, assembling, and fulfilling customer orders using hands, while meeting daily production, quality, and performance standards in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prep, scan, inspect, compile, assemble, and bind documents according to quality and PS+ standards
• Operate KODAK scanners and other equipment; perform basic maintenance (clear jams, refill toner, replace oil)
• Work with match media mailing to ensure accurate order delivery
• Maintain an organized workstation to prevent assembly errors
• Meet production goals including Impressions Per Hour (IPH) and Time Productive statistics
• Accurately complete and submit all paperwork
• Report equipment issues promptly and clearly
• Follow safety procedures and maintain clean work area
• Adapt to changing priorities and work schedules, including overtime and weekends

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic PC and typing skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining speed and accuracy
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for at least 8 hours
• Comfortable working in a production environment with moderate to high noise
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Previous experience in fulfillment or document production preferred
• Familiarity with match media mailing is a plus
• Flexible to work multiple shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required
