We’re looking for an Entry Level Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team and serve as the key connection between AT&T and its national retail partners — including Target, Best Buy , and more. If you’re passionate about people, sales, and leadership, this is a high-impact opportunity with room to grow.

• Serve as a liaison between AT&T and retail partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Manage and support 3rd Party ISOs (Independent Service Organizations) and sales agents across 15+ retail locations.

• Drive performance by setting sales goals, tracking KPIs, and coaching teams .

• Deliver in-store training , product knowledge sessions, and support new hire onboarding.

• Conduct store visits, field rides, and sales audits to ensure brand consistency and compliance.

• Partner with business owners to build and execute territory-specific growth plans .

• 2+ years of successful sales experience

• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills

• Self-starter with leadership potential and a drive to exceed targets

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Willingness to travel daily across the assigned territory

• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
