We’re looking for a skilled Sr. Executive Assistant to support two C-Suite Executives and keep our Dallas office running smoothly. In this role, you’ll manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings and events, handle confidential communications, and ensure the office operates efficiently every day.

What You’ll Do

• Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel, and expenses
• Prepare agendas, reports, and polished presentations
• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and calls
• Coordinate office supplies, mail, and vendor relationships
• Organize on-site and virtual events
• Keep projects and priorities moving with precision and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years supporting senior executives in fast-paced environments
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and Adobe
• Proficient with Power BI and Excel
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Professionalism, discretion, and a knack for solving problems quickly
