Overview:

An established professional sports organization is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful individual to serve in a dual-capacity role as Executive Assistant & Investor Liaison to the President of Business Operations. This is a fast-paced, high-visibility position that provides the opportunity to work at the intersection of sports, business, and strategy.

This individual will manage day-to-day executive administrative responsibilities while also supporting investor communications, logistics, and event coordination. Ideal candidates will have experience working with senior executives, coordinating investor or board communications, and navigating dynamic environments with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage investor communications, including coordination of hospitality, tickets, and special access
• Plan and execute investor meetings, events, and engagement activities.
• Collaborate with the executive team to prepare agendas, materials, and logistics for Board and Committee meetings.
• Maintain and update investor records and communication databases.
• Track engagement metrics and report on investor involvement.
• Manage scheduling, travel, and communications for the President of Business.
• Serve as a liaison across internal departments and external partners.
• Prepare briefings, presentations, and follow-ups for key meetings.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Provide administrative support for league-level and strategic initiatives.
• Assist with special projects and game-day logistics as needed.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives; sports, finance, or entertainment industry preferred.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to thrive in a high-energy, high-pressure environment.
• Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site with flexibility, including evenings and event support.
