Description of the Role: The Facilities Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations within the facility, ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment for all staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance Management: Oversee routine maintenance and repairs of facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and landscaping.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all facilities comply with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and risk assessments.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and efficient resource allocation.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and repair services.
• Team Leadership: Create and implement facility work order process.
• Space Planning: Optimize the use of space within the facilities, coordinating office moves and renovations.
• Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response plans for facility-related incidents.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and negotiate with vendors.
• Proficiency in facilities management software and tools.
