Job Description Summary

  • Responsible for all aspects of C&W SERVICES operations at all client owned facilities. Includes, but not limited to contract deliverables and service delivery, safety performance, operational performance, financial performance, and administrative performance.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

  • Pay: $75,000-$90,000.
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday (Monday-Thursday 7:00am-4:00pm, Friday 7:00am-11:00am).
  • This position will be responsible for the leadership, direction, coordination and performance of Maintenance Facility Technicians and Office Services.
  • Responsible for all vendor services and employees to ensure quality and safety compliance: This includes working in a team oriented / safety conscious environment. “Safety First” expectations include, but are not limited to; Performing safety training, Pre-Job Hazardous Assessment, Job Risk Review, Identifying Hi Potential Risk, Performing Audits and Observations, Follow all company / site safety guidelines and procedures.
  • This position will be responsible for building a customer relationship, hiring of the staff, employee development, policy implementation and enforcement.
  • Responsible for quality control, maintenance process development and conformance, and all account administrative functions. Must demonstrate good judgment at all times when making decisions affecting the company’s business.
  • This position will be responsible for C&W SERVICES hourly Maintenance Facility Technicians and Office Services positions at this account. Oversight of all processes ensuring C&W SERVICES conformance to federal, state, and local regulations, and conformance with company and customer policies.

Other Essential Functions/Duties

  • Interact with customer and client personnel to determine customer/client expectations.
  • Coordinate activities throughout customer/client portfolio to ensure effective, efficient performance in all assigned activities. Assist in the development of long range planning in support of the customer/client and the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Development and maintenance of performance and training metrics records.
  • Communications with all team members to support the development of short and long range planning in support of the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Ensure team members perform assigned tasks in a safe, effective, and efficient manner.
  • Must maintain positive customer and employee relations.
