WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Analyze financial data and trends to deliver meaningful insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Handle account billing for the site.
  • Support the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting cycles.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations and cross-functional teams to identify cost efficiencies and drive financial improvement.
  • Own and optimize billing processes; act as the primary point of contact for billing-related inquiries and dispute resolution.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, billing specialist or similar roles.
  • A combination of experience and education will be considered.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical thinking and a passion for problem-solving.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial systems/software is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills—able to simplify complex data for any audience.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong interpersonal skills—able to build effective relationships at all levels.
  • Committed to timely, clear communication and resolution of billing concerns.
