We're hiring a reliable and enthusiastic Laundry Attendant who is comfortable talking with guests and will make them feel at ease. Our Laundry Attendants perform a variety of duties, including washing, ironing, pressing, and folding linens. • Sort all linens to identify stains and treat stains with proper cleaning products and methods
• Monitor all laundry equipment and notify the facilities manager of any maintenance requirements
• Put all laundry in a washing machine and follow the manufacturer's directions for adding the cleaning chemicals
• Remove garments and lines after each wash cycle and dry according to specific manufacturer instructions
• Maintain inventory of all cleaning supplies and communicate needs to general manager

Qualifications:

• This position requires the ability to lift 20 or more pounds regularly
• Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certification
• Possesses a strong work ethic with exemplary organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Good understanding of commercial cleaning techniques and products
• At least 1 year of experience as a laundry attendant, housekeeper or similar role preferred
