  • Manage and maintain a central database of design standards, selections, and drawings
  • Integrate food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance into every phase of facility design

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with project managers, internal stakeholders, and external consultants to align design with business and production goals
  • Collaborate with process engineers and operations teams to ensure that design decisions support performance, maintainability, and future scalability
  • Interface with equipment vendors, architects, and contractors to bring the design vision to life

Project Design Support

  • Participate in design reviews and pre-construction meetings to ensure consistency and quality across projects
  • Adjust and refine designs based on site feedback during installation and commissioning
  • Support documentation and standardization of design processes for repeatability in future projects

Why Join Us?

  • Contribute to greenfield and expansion projects from concept through execution
  • Collaborate with global teams and industry experts in a dynamic, fast-growing company
  • Career growth opportunities within Bridor’s North American Design and Engineering teams

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum 5 years of facility design experience in food manufacturing, industrial construction, or a related field
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and BIM software for facility layout and equipment design
  • Strong understanding of food safety design standards, sanitation, and HACCP principles
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and project coordination skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%, including international trips

  • Knowledge of sustainable building practices and utilities integration
