Job Description

ANGLICOTECH, LLC is an established, rapidly growing, veteran-owned small business providing Global Logistics and Supply Chain management, systems and analysis, Cybersecurity and NIST SP 800-171 compliance solutioning as well as Enterprise Information Technology Implementation and Services.

We are currently seeking a Marine Corps Prepositioning Programs and War Reserve Subject Matter Expert with immediate availability to support a mission-critical sustainment program within Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC) Installations and Logistics (I&L) Department.

Location: Arlington VA, The Pentagon

Salary: $125,000.00 to $145,000.00 depending on experience and skill level.

Responsibilities

The Marine Corps Prepositioning Programs and War Reserve Subject Matter Expert will support HQMC I&L Logistics Plans & Operations Branch (LPO) Prepositioning and War Reserve program requirements. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing Tailoring Taskers : Receive and process classified and unclassified equipment set tailoring taskers; manage updates to Approved Acquisition Objectives (AAO).
  • Data Systems Management : Update and maintain Total Force Structure Management System (TFSMS) and Marine Corps Prepositioned Information Center (MCPIC) 2.0 systems to ensure accurate sustainment data visibility.
  • AMHS Messaging & Reporting : Draft and coordinate Automated Message Handling System (AMHS) messages, situation center reports (SITCENTER), and classified SITREPs.
  • Sustainment Readiness Analysis : Monitor sourcing status in Global Combat Support System-Marine Corps (GCSS-MC) and MCPIC 2.0, identify material shortfalls, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Force List Coordination : Update Force Lists to reflect validated operational sustainment requirements and support operational planning.
  • Database and Spreadsheet Management : Export sustainment data and manage internal tracking tools for prepositioned materiel visibility.
  • Tailoring Execution & Support : Support equipment set tailoring conferences, sourcing validation, and sustainment reporting aligned to HQMC LPO directives.
  • Stakeholder Coordination : Facilitate information sharing with the Marine Corps Force Component Commands (MARFORs), Blount Island Command (BIC), Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC), HQMC Combat Development and Integration (CD&I) and other external logistics partners.

Required Qualifications

  • Security Clearance : U.S. Citizenship required. Must possess or be eligible to obtain a Secret-level clearance.
  • Education : Bachelor of Science in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Experience : At least 10 years of experience in operational logistics, sustainment support, or prepositioning programs.

Preferred Additional Skills

  • Proficiency in MCPIC 2.0 , TFSMS , and GCSS-MC
  • Experience with AMHS and ETMS2 messaging systems
  • Expert User of Microsoft Excel, with the ability to utilize V-Look UP functions and Pivot Tables
  • Experience in SharePoint management and file sharing.
  • Familiarity with Fielding Plans, Disposal Plans, SL-3 and Technical Publications.
  • Familiarity with Marine Corps Prepositioning Programs (afloat and ashore)
  • Ability to draft and manage classified/unclassified reports and briefs
  • Strong coordination skills with government and military stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
