Job Description

OSD Displays, a division of New Vision Display, Inc., is recruiting an entry-level Sales Engineer reporting to our Orlando office. The position will be responsible for multi-state design, support, sales, and promotion efforts for OSD Displays products. The position requires excellent interpersonal skills for phone, email, and in-person presentation of the company and products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive account management plan for each assigned key account, aligned with company objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, such as upselling, cross-selling, or expanding product offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product development) to ensure that key accounts receive the highest level of support and service.
• Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring profitable terms and conditions.
• Work closely with key suppliers, to ensure a seamless supply chain and product development process.
• Represent OSD Displays at industry events and conferences to strengthen relationships with key accounts and generate new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably mechanical or electrical engineering disciplines, is desirable.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally is required. Most travel will be to domestic USA customer locations and is company approved and reimbursed. Typical travel would be approximately 25% per month.
• Proficiency using computers and common office software utilities such as Windows, Microsoft Office, and related tools for business communications are required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, previous sales and/or customer service experience are desirable.
• This position requires reporting in-person daily to our Orlando office. Workdays are Monday through Friday. Remote or Telecommuting applicants will not be considered for this position. Relocation expenses are not reimbursed, so local candidates are preferred.
• The position is full-time and salaried.
• Candidates must be US citizens or have a US Work Visa that does not require sponsorship and have a valid, Florida issued driver’s license.
• The position offers a base salary + commission + company benefits package as compensation.
