Job Description:

• Being the Electrical Lead on projects-Leading design team and the rest of the electrical engineering team for projects including one lines and equipment specification
• Power background preferred: relaying, protection, substations, transformers
• 10% travel. Some years may be more than others and some may not have any

Requirements:

Must Have:

• Power background (15kv to 480V)
• Relays, protection schemes on substations and transformers
• Bachelors degree from accredited university
• Ability and desire to obtain a PE
• 8+ years of experience

Nice to Have:

• PE preferred but not required
• Project Management: maintaining budgets, having direct reports
• Management and leadership experience

• Key interpersonal traits for success in this role: Communication - managing their own projects, talking to clients, working with internal teams.
