🔎 Role – Senior Energy Transactional Attorney
Lead sophisticated oil and gas transactions with deep industry knowledge.
Develop and grow an O&G practice, targeting $750K+ in annual revenue through strong BD skills.
Tap into a referral network, ideally with large law firm lawyers, to fuel expansion.
Collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver strategic solutions for energy clients.

👓 Requirements
✔️ Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and licensed in Texas for 10+ years, in good standing
✔️ Substantial experience in oil and gas transactions
✔️ Strong reputation within the energy community
✔️ Proven business development skills, capable of generating $750K+ annually
✔️ Referral network, ideally with large law firm lawyers
