Job Description

• Direct day-to-day operations across the portfolio, including vendor oversight and capital project execution.
• Ensure compliance with lease terms, local regulations, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with asset management on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic plan implementation.
• Prepare and manage annual operating and capital budgets; monitor variances and drive NOI performance.
• Foster strong tenant relationships, ensuring lease compliance and implementing retention strategies.
• Lead RFP processes, negotiate service contracts, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs, routine inspections, and environmental compliance.
• Supervise on-site teams or third-party property management partners, as applicable.

• 7-10+ years of experience managing commercial real estate
• Strong financial and lease administration expertise.
• Experience with institutional or family office-backed portfolios.
• Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi, MRI, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and vendor negotiation skills.
• Professional designations such as CPM or RPA are preferred.
