Senior Sales Engineer Professional – Industrial and Refractory Ceramics

We’re seeking a driven Senior Sales Engineer Professional with 10+ years of experience and a proven track record to join our team focusing on Silicon Carbide Ceramics and other refractory and wear products and drive business growth by developing relationships with industrial clients across key target industries, including mining, manufacturing, and power generation. If you thrive in technical sales, enjoy solving complex challenges, and want to be part of an innovative team, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a pipeline of industrial customers needing ceramic and/or refractory solutions.
• Identify client challenges and recommend tailored ceramic products to improve performance and durability.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to deliver custom solutions.
• Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a strong customer experience.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand market reach.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to company growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.
• 10+ years’ experience and proven growth in B2B technical sales, ideally in industrial ceramics, wear, corrosion, thermal-resistant materials, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of industrial ceramic applications in heavy industries.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth.
• Travel required to client sites and industry events as needed, approximately 25-40%. International travel may be necessary.
