POSITION SUMMARY
We’re seeking two skilled and motivated SEO Managers to support the execution of strategic SEO campaigns across a diverse client portfolio. This role collaborates closely with the SEO Director and will focus on driving organic performance through hands-on technical SEO, on- and off-page optimization, keyword research, content development, and SEO reporting.
Ideal candidates will have a solid agency background, strong analytical capabilities, and a passion for staying ahead of SEO and search technology trends.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute SEO strategies designed to improve client rankings and drive organic traffic growth
Manage and prioritize multiple SEO campaigns across various industry verticals
Interpret SEO data and deliver actionable insights with a storytelling mindset during reporting
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on client calls and presentations
Develop channel strategies based on keyword trends, SERP behavior, and search opportunity analysis
Conduct technical SEO audits and site performance evaluations
Create and deliver comprehensive SEO deliverables (technical insights, keyword strategies, content recs, etc.)
Perform competitive analysis, content gap analysis, and backlink assessments
Recommend and develop SEO-optimized content using both AI-powered tools and manual editing
Incorporate the latest technologies and SERP enhancements into strategic recommendation
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on SEO (agency experience strongly preferred)
Strong grasp of SEO fundamentals, algorithm updates, and technical optimization best practices
Proficiency in keyword research and backlink analysis tools
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as Screaming Frog or similar
Ability to independently develop SEO strategies based on data-driven insights
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously
Strategic, curious, and solutions-oriented mindset
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Search Generative Experience is a plus
