About the Role

As a Sourcing Analyst, you’ll gain exposure to real-world supplier strategy, market research, cost analysis, and sourcing decisions that keep the world moving.

Responsibilities

• Managing procurement data to ensure decisions are backed by strong insights and accurate data.
• Building dashboards, tools, and reports in Excel, SQL, and PBI that guide strategy and operations.
• Partnering with teams in Engineering, Product, Quality, and Supply Chain to execute sourcing projects.
• Tracking and analyzing supplier performance: cost, quality, delivery, and more.
• Conducting research on new suppliers, pricing benchmarks, and global sourcing trends.
• Supporting sourcing events and helping qualify new suppliers across regions.
• Participating in supplier audits, market research, and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Required Skills

• Internship or project experience in supply chain, procurement, or data analytics.
• Excellent working with Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools such as SQL, being able to find insights and tell stories with data.
• Love using data and market research to solve problems and work across teams.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Curiosity, initiative, and the drive to learn and grow fast.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and execution.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for supplier visits or global sourcing projects.
