Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to provide therapy services to children aged 3-5. This role offers flexibility, with opportunities ranging from part-time (10 hours per week) to full-time positions.

What You’ll Do

• Assess and accept referrals for children with suspected communication disorders.
• Conduct screenings and evaluations individually or as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with families and educators.
• Provide tailored speech and language interventions in various settings, including individual, group, and classroom-based formats.
• Offer consultation and support to parents, teachers, and caregivers regarding communication development and literacy.
• Assist in curriculum design and professional training focused on communication and literacy.
• Participate in grant-funded projects related to speech and language development.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required; Master's degree preferred.
• Certification: Pennsylvania teaching certification required; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience evaluating and supporting children with developmental delays and special needs.
• Specialized Skills: Familiarity with deaf culture and supporting students with hearing impairments preferred.
• License: Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license required.
• Additional Requirements: Eligibility for participation in state and federal healthcare programs.
