About the Role

You’ll join a collaborative team committed to helping students improve communication, language, and learning outcomes. From direct therapy to IEP development, your work will have a measurable impact on the academic and personal success of the students you serve.

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to K–12 students.
• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and screenings.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines.

Local Path (W-2 Employee)

• Full school-year assignment (with potential for renewal).
• Competitive hourly pay: $40–$45/hour (based on experience & credentials).
