Keadjian Associates, a leading strategic communications and management consulting firm in the San Francisco Bay Area, is seeking a full-time, experienced writer to start work immediately. The candidate must be experienced with quickly developing engaging, clear and accurate copy and efficiently incorporating feedback from multiple stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of writing experience in corporate communications, public relations, public affairs, journalism or a similar role. Previous experience working in the energy, land use, environmental or infrastructure sectors is preferred.

Expected Salary: This position offers a base salary range of $85,000 to $110,000 per year, alongside industry-leading benefits such as end-of-year profit sharing and a performance bonus program for eligible employees. While we anticipate that the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed near the entry or midpoint of the salary range, starting salary will be determined based on various factors, including years of experience, relevant experience type, education and more.
Additional Benefits and Compensation: Keadjian Associates offers a discretionary bonus program for eligible employees, with bonuses awarded based on performance and contributions at the Company’s sole discretion. Additionally, eligible team members can participate in the Company’s 401(k) Program, with competitive employer contributions. The Company also offers group health, dental and vision insurance coverage for eligible employees, and the Company pays one hundred percent (100%) of its employee’s premiums for the offered medical benefit plans.
