🚀 Talent Sourcer – Sales/GTM | 1-Year Contract | Dallas, TX

Partnering with a Global Tech Giant

The Rec Hub is on the lookout for a proactive, driven Talent Sourcer to join our team, embedded with one of our long-standing global tech partners (think: innovation, scale, and impact). You'll be focused on sourcing top-tier Sales and Go-to-Market talent across the U.S., helping shape the commercial team of the future.

This is a 12-month contract role based in Dallas with a hybrid working model .

What You’ll Do:

• Source and engage top-performing Sales & GTM talent in a competitive U.S. market
• Use a variety of tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, creative outreach) to build strong pipelines
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality profiles
• Share market insights and data to help drive hiring decisions
• Ensure a great candidate experience from first touch to handover

What You’ll Bring:

• Solid experience sourcing for Sales or GTM roles (preferably in a tech or SaaS environment)
• Strong sourcing skills and a results-focused mindset
• Great communicator who builds relationships with ease
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hybrid, and collaborative environment
