Artemis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to join our client's team!

Position Name: Account Executive – Home Health

Location: Palm Desert, CA (Palm Springs)

Employment Type: Direct-Hire & Permanent

Setting: Home Health Sales (Hybrid – Work from Home, Travel to Office and Community)

Pay: $80,000-$90,000 Base + Monthly Commission + Quarterly Bonus + Annual Bonus

Shift: Normal Business Hours | Full-Time

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or GED. Bachelor's Degree preferred.

- 3 years of recent experience in Home Health (preferred) and/or Hospice Business Development and patient Referrals (hard requirement).

- 1 year of recent experience in Sales in Home Health (preferred), Business Development.

- CRM Experience is highly preferred.

- Demonstrated experience in managing referral volume effectively in a Home Health (preferred) or Hospice setting.

- Proven track record of achieving a high pull-through rate with actual admissions in Home Health (preferred) or Hospice setting.

- Comprehensive knowledge of a structured sales process in Home Health (preferred) or Hospice setting.

- Flexibility to work beyond 40 hours per week as needed is required.

- Valid CA Driver’s License and Auto Insurance.

Job Summary:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and customers to promote Home Health and Hospice services in an assigned territory.

- Conduct ongoing market assessments and develop strategic marketing plans to meet volume goals.

- Prioritize accounts based on the market sales plan and provide insights on key opportunities.

- Support new business development and train staff in collaboration with the Area Sales Manager.

- Demonstrate strong leadership by supervising and guiding professional and administrative personnel.

- Execute marketing initiatives and promotional strategies to drive growth and build brand awareness.

- Maintain deep knowledge of the Home Health and Hospice market, including competitors, payers, and referral networks.

- Communicate effectively and tactfully with customers, colleagues, and the community.

- Identify community resources and assist customers when services fall outside of company offerings.

- This is a field-based position requiring frequent travel in the community, with home office serving as the primary administrative base.
