About the Job:

• Provide professional hospitality when screening and answering phones.
• Efficiently manage schedules, expenses, and travel arrangements.
• Support office coordination such as supply ordering and inventory management.
• Process invoices and support the preparation of reports.
• Maintain contact lists, develop a filing system, and ensure proper organization.
• Assist with other tasks and projects as required.

About You:

• 5+ years of high-level executive support experience are required.
• An associate's degree is highly preferred; a HS degree or equivalent is required.
• Warm and engaging yet able to maintain the highest standard of professionalism.
• Proficient in MS Office Products and Workday.

About the Position:

• Temporary through February 2026.
• Potential for the assignment to extend.
• Pays $20/hr-$26/hr
• Hybrid with 3 days/week on-site in Arlington, VA.
