Client Overview: Our client is a leading online luxury home goods gift box company dedicated to curating and offering the finest selection of high-quality products.

This role is onsite in Brooklyn, NY 5 days a week.

Role Overview: Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and imaginative E-commerce and Digital Content Coordinator to support their growing team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the entire digital content lifecycle—from concept through execution. Responsibilities include writing compelling copy, creating and scheduling visual assets, and implementing strategic updates across Shopify, email campaigns, SMS marketing, and social media channels.

E-commerce and Digital Content Coordinator Responsibilities :

• Upload and maintain products, SKUs, pricing, and curated collections within Shopify
• Refresh homepage visuals and promotional messaging on a regular basis
• Reorder collections to ensure out-of-stock items are deprioritized and bestsellers or seasonal items are highlighted
• Keep product listings accurate, current, and well-organized
• Maintain a well-sorted photo library and identify items that require new photography for upcoming shoots
• Adjust image sizes or make light edits to visuals as needed for online use or marketing campaigns
• Develop and deploy two weekly email and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo
• Plan, design, and schedule Instagram content (including posts and stories) using Later
• Create engaging copy and visuals for homepage banners, collection pages, and promotional messaging
• Generate 1–2 themed gift guides and publish 2–3 blog or journal entries per month
• Build and manage a weekly content calendar aligned with product drops and marketing initiatives
• Ensure consistent and aligned messaging across all digital platforms including email, social media, and website
• Monitor content performance and adjust strategy to maximize reach and engagement

E-commerce and Digital Content Coordinator Qualifications:

• Proven experience in e-commerce, especially with Shopify
• Skilled in Klaviyo, Later, Canva, and Photoshop
• Excellent writing and content development skills
• Organized and proactive, with the ability to own projects from concept to execution
• Strong attention to detail and a good sense for luxury/lifestyle branding
• Basic image editing or resizing ability for digital content
